  2. I’m also kind of obsessed with Marvel atm
  3. My favourite animal is a Penguin

Questions From Books Tune

  1. What book genres do you dislike?

I’m not much of a sci-fi lover. Anything set in space or about technology really isn’t my thing.
  2. Have you ever read a self-published book? If not, would you ever want to?

I have, but only when an author has kindly sent it to me.
  3. What was your favorite required reading book in school?

I’m not sure it counts as required reading because I was 10 and it was for an award (the Smarties Book Prize) but I remember reading Shadow Forest by Matt Haig and loved it. To think years later I’d still be reading him!
  4. Do you annotate your books?

Yes! But only on rereads, and only books I KNOW I love.
  5. Do you buy more of your books online or from a bookstore?

Bookstores. I also love to browse charity shops. I really miss doing that!

Questions From Book Lovers Lifting & Crushing

1. When did you start book blogging and why?

I started back in 2014 because I just fell in love with the community. I used to do booktube but became self-concious about it. I like that I can do this without having to worry about what my hair looks like (it’s currently a mess by the way).

2. What is your favorite book from your childhood?

My favourite author was Jaqueline Wilson and my favourite book of hers was My Sister Jodie. It’s a beautiful book.

3. If you were told you couldn’t read one genre for the rest of your life, what genre would you choose?

Sci-Fi. I don’t enjoy it anyway so I wouldn’t be missing out on anything.

4. What is your 2020 reading goal? (If you have one!)

It was to read 54 books. I’ve some how already succeeded that. I’d love to see if I can reach 100 now!

5. What is your least favorite book you have read this year?

The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. I’m just going to pretend it didn’t happen.
